This beautiful Cycladic villa is located at Agios Sostis one of the most popular long sandy beaches of the island connecting with Laouti and Agios Ioannis- Porto beach creating a 2 - 2,5 klm beach front with multiple small beach bar options or natural relax areas. Only 5 km away from Chora, you can find this charming two- floor seaside villa, comfortably accommodating 4 to 6 persons, a big family, two young families or a group of friends.
The house is only 5 minutes walk from the beach. Our guests can relax in the veranda, on a comfortable deck chair under the sun and enjoy the view of Mykonos, Syros and the other Cyclades. Our villa with sea view and easy access to the beach is the ideal place to spend your holidays.

The house is split in two floors , the entrance is with staircase up. The top floor has an open space living room , dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher , microwave , kettle and more daily appliances to make every day cooking easier.
Also in the same level we have 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.
There is a big balcony with sea view to the islands of Mykonos and Syros.
The ground floor has 1 bedroom , 1 full bathroom with wall – to wall shower and a wash machine .
